calibration shuts down computer

Folks, when I try to do a calibration on my computer with my 5000a it shuts down and reboots. I use the same computer with my anan 7000 and have never had a problem. Not sure where to look. Any suggestions?? Thanks for any help. Bob - W3AMF

Sounds like the FireWire is having troubles? If the FireWire card is currently using the default driver, you may try installing and selecting the Legacy driver.
I have the link in the FireWire section (left side quick link) of my website.
