PowerSDR console not saving Maximized

PowerSDR always saves the last size and location in your database file (even if you have it set to MAXIMIZE).

If the size and location is not completely located within the bounds of 1 monitor screen (ie. If any edge of the PowerSDR console touches or hangs off the edge of your monitor viewing area), it will not restore to MAXIMUM size the next time you launch PowerSDR.This quirk has to do with Microsoft and Windows.

So resize your console so its fully within the bounds of 1 monitor , then hit STOP and close powerSDR. Restart PowerSDR (make sure its where you left it). If its where you left it, then you can now maximize and it should save it next time you close PowerSDR.
If it was not where you left it, try again until PowerSDR properly saves the size and location (without trying to Maximize it yet)

If you cannot grab PowerSDR to reset the size (i.e. top line is off the screen), hold your mouse over the blue PowerSDR program icon (down in the tray of windows) until you see a miniature PowerSDR console pop up just above it. Move your mouse up onto the miniature screen, and right click. Select Move, now you can move the console screen down.

Darrin,
Non of the suggestions you stated will give me a full screen when PowerSDR is started.
Maybe it's a windows 10 thing.
