Re: Flex control Knob

Aaaahhh i'm glad you posted that...my Hercules MP3 E2 controller is doing exactly the same thing on VFO 2 ...i assumed it was my fault or my PC and just lived with it...the fault is :- if you spin the knob a bit fast then the onscreen vfo locks up/delays for a while, eventually after a period of tim...

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi Darrin,

any chance of adding the RX2 Pan & Slider adjustments to the Hercules profile, so that i can map the slider for easier quick adjustment ?...possibly the middle 6 rotary controls will be fine. :)

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

:D :D :D :D Houston, the Eagle has landed 8-) 8-) 8-) Woo hoo it works again yaaaay...both sliders and both pan-sliders work for both Rx1 & RX2 ...although the Zoom button crashes it out but i can live without the zoom button. The VU5K as you said above must've caused it to have a meltdown and n...

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi Darrin, today i decided to wipe everything and start again. All folders (as per your instructions) deleted, including the Temp folder in User data etc. installed the Orange v2.8.0.212 installer, re-started, fired up and all was well, apart from this version not having the 2 sliders. I didn't adju...

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi Darrin, the new "black sliders on default 2012 skin" are there now, unfortunately RX2 still isn't doing anything at all...the sliders have zero effect on RX2. I am getting the odd error/signal-panadapter part in the centre of the screen keeps going white with a red cross corner to corne...

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi Darrin,

i downloaded the newer .219, installed it twice and hit repair on the 2nd go...still the same as before..i.e. RX2 slider has zero effect, the center and zoom also have zero effect on the RX2 slider....RX1 slider is ok.

Re: N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi Darrin, the N1MM screens switch to the appropriate band now (many thanks), although i'm certain i could open 2 "spectrum" windows (was always same band) before...no biggie if that has gone. I don't have the 2 "slider" bars like you have...come to think of it i haven't seen the...

Cheers Darrin, you're a star and it's very much appreciated. I shall now download .219 and put it through it's paces :D

N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor Topic is solved

Hi all, i'm not sure if this is a fault/bug but earlier this evening i was listening to 80M (RX1) and 40M (RX2) and had the N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor open on another monitor...this was fine until i came to adjust the vfo on RX1...RX1 adjusted ok...but...the N1MM Logger+ Spectrum Monitor whilst s...

Re: Suggestion

Hi Darrin, any chance od an "extra" set of band-buttons for the 2nd receiver instead of the drop-down box (lower left)...i now have widescreen monitors lol; so i can now display the meters on top etc and it looks like there might be a "little real-estate" above the 2nd rx mode/fi...

Receive only after switch off

Hi Darrin/all, PSDR is defaulting to Receive Only (General-Hardware config) AFTER i have either switched off/reset/power-cycled PSDR; the TUNE button is greyed out.....this ONLY happens AFTER i have used the VHF+ 2M UK (no.2 band-button as per my XVTR settings) and switched off/reset/power-cycled. N...

Suggestion : Seperate PANAFALL

Hi Darrin/all, would it be possible please to make a seperate "Panafall/Panadapter that can be switched on/off via an onscreen button ? I nearly always use my laptop that has a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 :-( and when i have both receivers on (nearly always on) at 192 KHz the "central...

Re: Settings with strange behaviour

@G7DAZ: Hi Darren Coming back to you reply from May 9th: You were right. Now that all other effects are not there anymore it seems clear, that PowerSDR after restarting is reading the settings from the console and setting the levels accordingly (but only for the actual band and at restart). Once th...

Re: Settings with strange behaviour

Hi, do you have an Hercules MP3LE or similar ? ...the reason i ask is that a couple of updates back i had very very similar problems to yours....no amount of re-install's, database backups etc. etc. would cure/fix my issues; they (certain settings) always defaulted back to "set-values". Af...

I searched the images but could only find this old image (click to see) for a skin/front-end....i think iirc it was going to be a "paid" version. Shame it fell through :(

Re: Suggestion: Layout

Whatever happened to that guy/company (Woodbox radio iirc) that was going to release a Collins SSB style transceiver "front-end-GUI" for PSDR ? I had a bookmark (now changed :? ) that was titled "F4 Line for PowerSDR" and i'm sure that used to be the above "front-end" l...

Sorry i can't help; hopefully someone will come along with the relevant information. My reason for this reply is :- how come you had to source the "internal"ATU in Russia ? .... I assumed you'd be able to pick one up stateside quite easily ? (saying that i can't get one for love nor money ...

Hi Darrin,
many thanks for the reply....i checked out the BCB info on your webpage many moons ago; a bit expensive iirc at my end....i will do another search for one/similar.

Not interested in 630M tbh, although i could change my mind in the future ;-)
