If the TX EQ is ON when you hit the Voice keyer button, it will turn off during playback, but it automatically turn back on when its done.

I would go into the database folder: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\FlexRadio Systems\PowerSDR v2.8.0\ and delete all 5 database files with your radios serial# in the file name.
