I would definitely run in 192khz sample rate since you get to see much more of the band on the Panafall display.
Not sure why that would effect your audio levels though?
But if it happens again, plug in headphones and see if it still happens.

I do know that if your in AM or SAM modes when you Start PowerSDR, the audio is very low at first and then builds up. When I set VFOB as TX and hit either TUN or ATU, I have no issues (using ANT1 or ANT3) at all.
