I have homebrew sdr is a sdr-1000 clone with usb for lpt using the CY7C68013A chip on board

I am trying to use powerSDR 2.8.xxx with windows 8 and windows 10 but powerSDR does not detect USB2LPT drivers "USB device not found (-1)"
Testing USB2LPT port it is ok
How can i solve it
