I have homebrew sdr is a sdr-1000 clone with usb for lpt on board using the CY7C68013A chip

I am trying to use powerSDR 2.8 with win 8 and win 10 but powerSDR does not detect USB2LPT drivers and inform "USB device not found (-1)"
Any suggestion how to cure this?
