Flex 5000and Mictokeyer II- TX audio problem

Hello OMs,
I am in the process of assembling a station which consists of a Flex 5000, Microkeyer II and SPE 1 kFA amplifier. Microkeyer provides CV output which makes possible to control SPE amplifier and in the same time I use it as an interface for digital modes.
MIcrokeyer audio cables are connected to LINE IN/LINE OUT on the back of Flex 5000. Receiving part works very well, however TX signal is a problem.
On an external receiver I can see my very faint TX signal. On Windows Playaback panel Headset earphone ( 3-microham CODEC) indicator is green to its top while I transmit. There is no RF output, zero watts on PSDR power meter , JTDX power slider is at its top.
I experimented with Muzychenko's VAC cable, it worked fine on RX and TX. I prefer using Microkeyer as it provides amplifier control and I avoid using
DDUTIL as i had problems with disappearing virtual ports and its overall stability. My current configuration seems to be very stable.
I use a Dell M-470 laptop with Windows 10.
Most likely I miss something simple and a suggestion how to resolve this problem will be greatly appreciated.
