Good Morning
Wondering if anybody having this issue. I am running windows 10 , computer is an I& and I have 32 gig of ram installed in machine. This issue has just started recently. I double click on program icon. and there are times when it does not come up. Yet if I try to double click again it tells me that the program is running. I go to task manager and stop the program yet it still will not start. Wondering if anybody else has this issue>
