Is it just on 80m or all bands?
I would probably cycle power to the radio and PC, then see if it still does it.
If its still present, then do a setup->factory defaults (this will save your current database to your desktop automatically)
If it still does this when running factory defaults, I would probably try and run the built in hidden RX/TX calibration routine (maybe just re-calibrate just 80m, if the issue is just on 80m)

Found the problem. It was the TX sample rate. Set it to 2048 and the scope looks clean now.

What did you set to 2048?
Was it the Setup->DSP->Options->Buffer Size->TX
What was it before?

Yes the DSP where it has the TX setting and RX setting It was on a low buffer size on TX.

OK.

I normally keep all the DSP buffers at max 4096. That gives the cleanest, sharpest Receive and Transmit signals.
(Although I think sometimes, the NR and ANF function better with the lower DSP buffer sizes.)

Anyway, whatever value you choose for the DSP buffers, Its best to save that across all your TXprofiles, which (as a benefit) prevents any Stop/Start delays when you change TXprofiles. I have a DX SSB profile, eSSB profile, and a AM profile.

Yes sir I do the same on the profiles. I appreciate all your work relating to the Flex. I've read and learned a lot from your work. Thanks a million.
