As you may know (I’ve posted about it on Facebook), I upgraded my computer system to an HP Z600 Workstation with dual Xeon processors and am excited about the efficiency and power it will provide me with PowerSDR and other simultaneously running ham-related software.
So I didn’t have to reconfigure the new installation of PowerSDR I exported the settings I had finally achieved in PowerSDR with the old system. I installed the full download off your website onto the new system and then performed the import as directed. It said that the import had completed and that PowerSDR would shutdown to properly install the new database, which it did. Unfortunately, however, when I restarted PowerSDR the imported settings were not there. I tried it 3 times, each time with the same results. What am I missing? The version is 2.8.0.163 which I believe is the current version available. I really don’t want to have to go through the whole configuration of the software top to bottom again.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide.
