Power SDR 2.8 Crashes on "Stop" Flex 3000

Power SDR 2.8 0.313 Flex 3000
Win 11 fresh install
PC is Gigabyte b650 with 32gb mem, 1tb working proper all new
1394 driver set to legacy driver option 64 bit option
driver version 4.1.3.17357 9600 normal
firmware 2.1.4.2
1394 chipset unreadable on pcie unit
Disabled Defender ( aware this is only a temp as it will reset with boot up)
High Performance on power setting
Memory integrity setting disabled under win11 security
Selected run in compatibility mode Win 7 in sdr 2.8 properties.
Set delay in sdr 2.8 PFN delay to 1500
symptoms: When started...all works fine for about 15 minutes then pan adapter 8020 view switches from normal working display and run just vertical lines. Also, if running normally, if I select "stop" system goes to Win message, "something went wrong" and goes into a reboot.
Prior to a crash..I have exported the database while running..thinking it would when I import on the next startup it would display the setting I had been running.
Unfortunately the import backup appears not to backup my settings, selections are different from what I setup. My guess it does a database save when you stop or exit the program?
I have had the Flex as the original owner, has been working fine on my older computer which I just replaced with a new build. Everything on the older unit running Win 10 without any issues. Could not use the older 1394 card due to it is a PCI vs PCIe in the new unit.
I see a suggestion by KE9NS on a recent added selection/adjustment called "adjustable delay value setpoint" I cannot find this item? location to select and try to see if any effect?
I am ready to throw in the towel, but perhaps another firewire card? I see mention of a explicit Chip set the TI-Chip-XIO2213B
What is the exact vendor...StarTek, VIA or others not sure since so many say they have the TI-chip set. So which exactly is the preferred vendor?
Thanks for any feedback in advance.
