Darrin,
I encountered a problem when I selected the "SPEC" mode. Both RX1 and RX2 displays turned all white with a red X across the screen with a error message indicating "an unhandled exception has occurred in the application. Index was outside the bounds of the array."
I quit the application and then restarted but the error message persisted. I powered down the Flex 5000 and then restarted the radio and the application but the error still persisted. After quitting the application and restarting several more times the error cleared.
Everything seems to be back up and working correctly although I didn't try selecting the "SPEC" button again to see if the problem would reoccur.
Is there anything I did wrong to generate this error or anything I can do to prevent future occurrence if I try using the SPEC function?
Thanks very much!

Re: Unhandled exception in v2.8.0.306 (Flex 5000)
I dont believe I have ever even looked at the SPEC mode before?
According to the PDF Manual its a "Spectrum" mode. Its like DSB mode but the bandwidth goes out to the current Sample Rate of the radio.
I exported my database first (just in case),
I just tried SPEC and it works as per the manual.
The SPEC mode is not present for RX2 and so when I turned RX2 on it worked as expected in its own mode.
There is probably a scenario that causes it to crash, but it could not find it?

Darin, Thank you for your response!
I haven't used the spectrum display on RX1 very often. In this case I was trying to use the spectrum display to determine how accurate the low/high settings numbers are on the receive filter width settings window. I used the RX1 spectrum display to make these measurements today and it appears these settings are very accurate.
I could not recreate the lockup problem, everything is working perfectly.
I appreciate your help. Thank you very much!!
