What needs to be done to swap TXIO boards between two 5k's?

I think your referring to the RFIO board (with the SO239 connectors)?
If you go to Setup->General->Hardware Config, you will see a list of all the boards in the radio and their Serial# and Rev#
I would assume swapping the RFIO would be OK, although you may need to do a Setup->Factory default.

I have just updated my website to include the offical Flexradio RFIO Install guide (in the Manuals/technical section towards the top of my Flexpage.html)

Hi,
I did the factory reset. Power cycled the radio. All is working great now.
Thank you so much for the info.
Can I do the same thing with my vu5k modules? Provided I cable it in correctly, I should be able to swap the modules?

Are you saying that the Flex-5000 already has a VU5K in it, and you want to swap it?
