So you have some sort of adapter to plug the TRS connector of your Headset MIC into the RJ45 connector of the Flex-1500?

Or are you using the Headset plugged into your PC and want to connect your PC spkr and mic to the Flex-1500?

I am assuming your headset is for a PC (i.e. gamers headset)?
I am assuming your headset has 2 TRS cables (1 for the Headphones, 1 for the Mic)?
I would think the Headphone plugs directly into the Flex-1500, and the MIC TRS probably needs voltage (i.e. Electret mic)?
If that is the case, then the Ring maybe set to require +5v (which is pin 3 of the RJ-45 Flex-1500 connector), the Tip would go to pin 5, the Sleeve would go to pin 4. But I dont know the Headset?
