Power set Flex 3000
In my flex3000 when I set the drive slide to 1 the Power out is 40 watt,if set to 10 the Power out is 100 watt.the same problem with the tune slide.Any solution please ...

Is this on all bands?
Just to make sure the calibrations in your database are not corrupt, you can do a setup->factory defaults.
I would then close everything, remove power to the radio.
Launch PowerSDR and you should see PowerSDR copy the EEPROM calibrations into your new database file
See if that fixes it?
