I am about to instal PowerSDR v2.8 onto my new Microsoft Surface Go. I have also purchased a Microsoft Surface Dial. Is there a way to make this work with PowerSDR?
I have a Griffin PowerMate Bluetooth which doesn't work - I selected it in Settings after pairing it but it never talked to PowerSDR.
Am I likely to see the same behaviour with the Microsoft Dial?
Thanks and 73,
David G4NRT/Z21NRT

Re: Microsoft Surface Dial
If its a x64 or x86 based Win10 (not the ARM) there is a good chance it will install and run.
As far as I can tell, you would only be able to connect a Flex-1500 (usb) to it due to the lack of a FireWire or DV port.
Unless you can find a usb-c to Firewire or DV (to use with a Flex-3000/5000)?
The PowerMate software I built into PowerSDR v2.8 is only for the USB knob. Never owned a bluetooth version of PowerMate, so I dont know how that would work.
No idea about the Microsoft Dial
