I just had a series of Win10 updates, I don't know if that's the problem.
VSP Manager say says it's got wsjtx in Com 20
I can hear the FT8 transmissions through my speaker.
I went back into my backup email where I sent screenshot of my settings in the various parts of Setup in wsjtx and Flex3000 radio. Rechecked all the setting s.
But neither fldigi, nor wsjtx can hear RTTY or FT8
Tried changing AGC/PreAmp settings. Checked to make sure cable in cable out audio settings were correct.
Fixed it the next day by changing out the old VB virtual cables which were written for Vista and Windoze 7. Replaced with Voicemeeter Banana Virtual Audio as suggested on the KE9NS PowerSDR page @ https://ke9ns.com/flexpage.html#vac
Fixed:FLdigi and WSJTX can't hear Flex3000

Re: FLdigi and WSJTX can't hear Flex3000
If wjst-x waterfall is not showing anything, then its the VAC1 that is not setup correctly.
When Win10 does major updates, I have found some PC's end up with the audio devices names messed up
Your using Voicemeeter for your VAC drivers? If you open up windows->control panel->sound->
what are the Voicemeeter devices under playback and recording tabs? Send screen shots
Just for reference:
You can see what my setup is from my webpage (see Virtual Audio link)
I run Voicemeeter Banana drivers. You get (2) IN/OUT cables labeled VAIO IN/OUT, and AUX VAIO IN/OUT
I always use the AUX VAIO cable for the PowerSDR OUT, and the VAIO cable for PowerSDR IN
