Hi
Using FT8 with my Flex1500 and my PC clock drifts over a day so I use some software to correct the pc time from the national standard.
However the FT8 software shows that unless I shutdown PowerSDR and restart it, the pc time update is not recognised and dT still shows the drift.
Once PowerSDR is restarted all good again
Anyone have a workaround?
Cheers
Bob

Re: Time update
right click on the powerSDR icon ->Compatibility->Run this program as an admin
Now PowerSDR will always run in admin mode
Now when you hit the "TIME SYNC" button in the PowerSDR "Spotter" screen, it will force your PC to update its own clock immediately.

Many thanks for the info Darrin.
I also found on the forum a tip to tick the box “reset the VAC every hour” and since I did that the sync seems much better.
Thanks for keeping the Flex 1500 alive through your developments.
