Flex 3000 Panadapter setting to Center

Post by ve3ryi »

Hi just looking to see if I am missing a setting to get the Panadapter to go to the center. if I slid the bar to the left, I can see a lot more down on frequency. but I have it set to the right and I can't even get the frequency to center, never mine trying to see up on the frequency. Is there a setting Im missing? thanks for looking after us guys that like the 3000s.

setup->audio->primary->SR
for the 3000 you should run 96k, but if your firewire card is good enough you can try 192k
Then after, hit the Start/Stop button a couple of times.
Then click on the Center button to center the passband
For some reason it looks like your SR is 48khz?

Thanks Darrin
that did the trick. I set it to 96k, I tried the 196k and I end up getting a sound like a flutter/clicking noises. the fire wire card is build in to the desktop. not much I can do with that other then a new computer. but this is much better.
thanks Again
