I dont know about wintest or n1mm, but PowerSDR has a voice keyer:
Open the "Wave" form (top line of the PowerSDR console screen)
You have 4 recordings you can make (the CW ID is for a CW ID timer, and voice ID is just for the voice ID timer)
Click a voice keyer button, talk into your Mic to make your recording, Click the voice keyer button again to end the recording
On the PowerSDR console screen you can click on the Reply, CQCQ, VK1, and VK2 buttons to play your recording
CQCQ has the automatic repeat feature and automatically shuts off when you manually key the radio.
If you hold your mouse over most any button, a tooltip balloon will open to also provide more information on how they work.
