EQ Settings not Following Mic Profile.

Post by N0DFF »

I noticed last night that after being on 2 meter FM, when I went back to the SSB mic profile, the settings for FM were still in effect for the the TX EQ. Guess I did not sound good. As soon as I touched a slider in the TX EQ, all of the EQ sliders changed to their correct positions for the SSB profile. Anyone had this?

Thanks, & 73

I think I have it working (saving all EQ's for each TX profile) in .165

You may lose your current 28EQ band data as you select a prior TX profile, but once you resave the TXprofile, now it will now save anything you had for the 10band GEQ, 28 band GEQ and the 9 band PEQ for each TX profile.

I have tried to make the code update your current database and not force you to create a fresh database.

9-Band Parametric EQ TXEQ not turning on until I touch a slider. I noticed this after I upgraded to the v2.8.0.172
Not a big deal since I know that I can slide a control up or down to active it before I talk, but was curious if others have had this issue.

I checked out the 9-band PEQ on my Flex-5000 and it works correctly on a TX profile changeover or a Power UP.

But its possible that there is a timing & speed issue that maybe causing it to miss loading up automatically.
I will see if I can tweak it.
