FlexControl instead of Griffin Powermate

Post by rebar1982 »

Hello,
This is a question for the group. I have a FlexControl (it has a wheel for frequency control and 3 other buttons, marked AUX1,AUX2, and AUX3)
Is there a way to use this control instead of the Griffin Powermate ?
Any advise would be helpful.

FlexControl is built into PowerSDR (see the "FlexControl" menu item on the top bar of the PowerSDR Console).

If you want the FlexControl to have a different Tune Step from the Mouse wheel, go to Setup->general->user interface->Alt1-2 Tune Step for FlexControl

I have a FlexControl. I normally set the main TuneStep to 500hz(for phone), and the ALT tune steps 10 and 50hz for the FlexControl. So I only use the FlexControl when someone is off frequency from the normal .5khz. I find the Mouse and Mouse wheel to be faster when jumping around the band.
