Power SDR with Flex 5000 and SPE 1kFA integration

I set SPE CAT to Kenwood and use a USB to RS232 converter with DB15 plug connected to SPE amp. I creates COM 8 port in Device manager.

Quick Question ; Where in PSDR settings I can select this port so Radio and and SPE amp talk to each other?

In PSDR CAT settings first CAT Control program is used for VSPE pair linking PSDR and Ham Radio Deluxe and it works fine.

Go to PowerSDR Setup->CAT Control->CAT Control Program
Pick one of the slots, change the name to SPE and the Com port to 8, Enable, AI ON
This assumes you have matching BAUD rates and that your RS232 to DB15 is wired correctly.
I had a SPE 1kFA for a short time and I know it works fine with PowerSDR
